My Brand Photography Service and Process
I’ve got four package options, starting at £149 and going up to £1695 — whether you’re after a quick mini session, an hour, a half day batch of content, or an entire year of standout images, there's something for everyone.

My Brand Photography Process
1.STEP: LET'S CHAT
Once you’ve had a look through my website, portfolio, and pricing, and you reckon we might be a good fit, the next step is to have a chat.
Whether it’s on Zoom or the phone, it’s just a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to see if I’m the right person for what you need (and to make sure you don’t think I’m a bit of a weirdo!).
Afterwards, I’ll send over all the info you need so you can decide in your own time—no hard sell, no awkward follow-ups. Sound good? Let’s get started!
2.STEP: Confirm your Booking
If you decide I’m the right fit to capture your amazing business (yay!), booking your session is just a few clicks away.
There’s a booking fee to lock in your date, which is non-refundable—but think of it as my promise to pour all my time, energy, and creativity into telling your unique business story.
Got questions? I’m always here to help—no question too small or silly! With me, you’re not just booking a photoshoot; you’re gaining a cheerleader who’s 100% in your corner.
Booking Fee: 25% of your total package
3.STEP: Preparation
Once you’re on board, I’ll send over my welcome guide and little workbook—packed with everything you need to help you prep for your session without feeling overwhelmed.
If a planning session’s part of the package, we’ll get that booked too and make sure you’re clear on everything to think about before the big day.
My goal? To make this whole prep phase feel like an exciting part of the process, not just a to-do list (though don’t worry, I’ve got one of those too if it helps!)
About 1 week before the Photoshoot we will book in a short Zoom session to discuss your workbook and agree details for your Photoshoot to suit your exact needs.
4.STEP: Your Photo Shoot
A couple of days before your brand photography session, I’ll drop you a quick text to check in. We’ll confirm all the details, chat about the weather (it is the UK, after all!), and I’ll happily answer any last-minute questions you’ve got.
On the day, we’ll meet at your chosen location and get started on creating magic. I’ll guide you through everything—what to wear, how to move, where to stand—making sure we capture the images you actually need.
And if the thought of being in front of the camera makes you nervous, don’t worry—that’s my specialty. I’ll make sure the whole experience feels relaxed, fun, and maybe even a bit enjoyable!
5.STEP: Results & Implementation
After the fun of your photo session, I’ll send you a couple of sneak peeks to tide you over—just a little teaser of what we’ve created together.
Within two weeks, your full gallery will be ready (videos take a bit longer). If you’ve gone for the full package, you’ll also get an implementation plan packed with ideas to make the most of your new images for your brand.
Opted for an add-on? We’ll have another meeting where I’ll help with everything from organizing your images to adding them to your website and planning your social media posts. I’m not about just handing over the photos and disappearing—I’m here for you every step of the way if you need extra support.
