About
A bit about me
I was born in Germany but the last 17 years have been spent loving life in Devon, England with my husband, 2 teenagers and our latest addition our cocker spaniel.
I love all the variety Devon has to offer from the lovely people, rolling countryside, to moorland and beautiful beaches. I always say that I know where Tolkien got his inspiration for the Shire ;-).

I’m an introvert at heart, but connections are very important with everyone I meet. I love a bit of sarcasm, silliness and a good laugh.
My days start with a great cup of peppermint tea and usually finishes with a good glass of wine!
How I roll
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll likely find me in the big outdoors. Being out and about is my ultimate playground and therapy in one. Whether it’s hiking, skiing, cycling through country lanes or getting lost in the woods, nature keeps me grounded, happy and just the right amount of weird. Apparently, being "a bit crazy, an adrenaline junkie, and a sucker for punishment" is a thing – I could tell you some lives stories that fit the bill!

And in the evening I like to relax whilst binge-watching crime-solving TV series or indulging in a RomCom, with the occasional action movie thrown in for good measure. My family, however, might say I have a talent for too much commenting– apparently, it spoils the movie for them.
Country music always lifts my spirits, and you can often catch me dancing around the kitchen while whipping up something to eat. My creative skills extend beyond photography – who knew making dinner could be so much fun?
My Passion
I've been capturing moments on camera since my dad handed me my first one at age ten. He was always snapping photos and videos of our family, inspired by his travels as a truck and coach driver.

For years, I was annoyed by the poor image quality of those old photos and its limits, until I realized it’s not just about the quality—it’s about the people, connections, dreams, and creative compositions.
I stuck with it, diving into family and children photography about 10 years ago and I have since expanded my services into brand photography.
​
Unfortunately, life threw some curveballs, and I had to pause my passion for a bit, but last year I jumped back in to give my dream a second chance and I’m loving every moment of it.
